A George III Untouched Mahogany tripod table

A George III Untouched Mahogany tripod table

Reference 1003

English, ca. 1760

This wonderful example of great 18th century design has survived in the most spectacular condition.

Having a well drawn baluster column under the so-called “Bird Cage” terminating into three sweeping boldly executed legs.

The stunning and still perfectly flat top is big enough to potentially function as a small supper or breakfast table.

All in all this spectacular table has been loved over the years and is exactly what great patina is all about.

No matter where, it will make every room a better space by its presence.
